All operations for closing and opening the Campagnolo chains 11S must only be carried out using the Campagnolo® UT-CN300 tool. Using other tools can cause damage to the chain.
The slider of the Campagnolo® UT-CN300 tool is equipped with a conical tip tang. If this tip is worn or damaged, you should replace it with the Campagnolo® UT-CN301 replacement tip, which is available as a spare part. If the pin is not replaced in time, it may damage the drive chain.
The use of sprockets and chainrings other than "Campagnolo®" can damage the drive chain.
An incorrectly installed chain can suddenly break while the bike is being used, causing accidents that could result in physical injury or even death. If you have any doubts about your ability you should contact a specialist bicycle mechanic.
