Synthesis E-Bike Alloy 27.5 Plus - Control & Stability for E-MTB riders
Top performance for the entry-level class with the coordinated high-end synthesis aluminum wheel system. The more comfortable front wheel provides directional control, traction and grip when cornering. With the wider rim base, this version is specifically tailored to electric mountain bikes (but is also suitable for other 27.5+ inch MTBs). Especially with regard to the higher weight of an e-mountain bike, the wide, large-volume 27.5+ tires provide a noticeable increase in traction, comfort, controllability and safety.

Details about the Crankbrothers Synthesis Alloy wheels
The Crankbrothers Synthesis Wheels take a new approach to wheel systems, with an emphasis on combining a compliant front wheel with a stiff rear wheel to achieve optimal handling characteristics for everyone. The more compliant front wheel improves handling and control in corners, while the stiff rear wheel improves stability and tracking at speed. In the Synthesis Alloy models, these different properties are achieved by varying the spoke tension, spoke weight, number of spokes, rim width and rim weight.
The Crankbrothers Synthesis Alloy range will include Enduro, Cross Country/Trail and E-MTB models, with the aim of reaching as many riders as possible. Two hub options are offered in the Enduro and Cross Country/Trail sectors; a Crankbrothers hub and an Industry Nine 1/1 hub with 4 degrees of engagement.

The Boost wheels from Crankbrothers have a positive effect on stiffness and stability thanks to their wider axle. The wheel absorbs lateral forces better when cornering. In addition, the greater distance to the chain allows wider tires to be selected.
