ROTWILD R.X275 Pro

You make the difference. Because you take every climb personally as a challenge. You push the limit a little with every descent. You can do that with the R.X275. When the hurdles come, you activate the boost button. It is the linchpin of our new lightweight trail bike. We developed it to give you permanent control over the eAssist. This is the motor support in the R.X275 for your biological rhythm. Everything else is regulated by the engine control software specially programmed by us. It maintains exactly the balance between your body performance and the eAssist. You choose your mode once and keep it on the trail. The energy of up to 250 watt hours comes from the Integrated Power Unit (IPU). The battery we designed is optimally integrated into the down tube. Modern 21,700 cells allow us to create a light, compact layout using new technology. The intelligent energy storage delivers precisely the specified amount of energy to the motor. This enables precise power support for different driving situations. The battery weighs a light 1,400 g.

Boost button

The boost button is located on the handlebars and is harmoniously integrated into the cockpit. Press it for a maximum of 30 seconds and it will provide you with up to 300 watts of extra power. For the obstacles, for sprinting out of the curve, for the incline on the trail. Until you need it again. The eAssist takes care of the rest.

Short travel kinematics

The short travel kinematics with 130 mm travel at the front and 120 mm in the shock make handling agile and provide grip on any surface. The new linkage is light, very compact and impresses with its high rigidity. We precisely calculated the spring characteristics of the rear triangle in simulations and compared them with empirical values ​​in practice.

Integrated display

We moved the display out of direct view. It is centrally integrated in the top tube. Here you will find the most important displays and values. You make the basic settings in the APP for your mobile device. Changing modes while driving - that's not the way you move your R.X275.

engine

“Made in Germany” is the hallmark of the HPR50 from TQ. HPR stands for Harmonic Pin Ring Gear. The absence of conventional gears and belts saves weight and enables a compact design around the bottom bracket. It gives you up to a maximum of 50 Nm torque and weighs 1,850 g.

High modulus carbon

The frame of the R.X275 is made of full carbon made of high modulus fiber. It is handcrafted from around 580 carbon cuts and weighs 1,893 g as a raw frame. This offers higher rigidity values ​​with absolutely optimized weight.

Integrated cockpit

The handlebars and stem merge into one unit on the R.X275. We call this the ROTWILD Integrated Cockpit (RIC). Made entirely of carbon, it is particularly light. We reduce clamping, screws and connections and achieve maximum control and power transmission.
